HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN THIGHS

Ingredients

2 lbs. (.908 kg) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
½ cup Smoky Chipotle Honey Mustard (Retired)
3 Tbsp. Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
1 Tbsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
1 tsp. Italian Rustico Seasoning Blend
Juice from 1 lemon

Instructions

In a large freezer bag, combine all ingredients, except chicken thighs; mix together. Add chicken, seal bag and squeeze bag to coat thighs. Secure Cooking Instructions and freeze.

Cooking Instructions: Thaw in fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade. Place on baking sheet. Bake approximately 50 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Broil for 2-3 minutes to crisp, if desired.

Slow Cooker Option: Remove chicken from marinade. Place in slow cooker andcook on low for 5-6 hours or until tender. Cooking time will vary by size.
